Advance Payment

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers initial design, planning, and resource allocation.

Project Cancellation

If you cancel after work begins, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any overpayment will be refunded within 7 business days.

Dissatisfaction

We work closely with clients through revisions to ensure satisfaction. If you are not happy with deliverables, raise concerns within 7 days of delivery and we will revise within agreed scope.

Hosting & Domain

Hosting and domain registration fees are non-refundable as they are third-party costs paid on your behalf.

SEO & Marketing

Monthly SEO and marketing retainers are non-refundable for the current month once the campaign has started.
